    Nice concept, but not terribly warm. This is good for the 20-30 degree days. When it's colder the hat doesn't cut the cold enough. It's perfect to keep in my truck for emergency situations.

    Works very well at keeping my ears warm. Normal hats tend to slip up off the ears. Face mask portion also works very well. Nice to have instead of a bulky scarf.

    This is thin enough to wear under a Hard hat. It is much warmer than the Carhartt Force Helmet Liner Mask, but it does not cover the back of the neck. On extremely cold days I wear the Force Helmet Liner as a Base Layer, under the Fleece 2-in-1 for maximum warmth. Both items can be worn together under a Hard Hat.

    I mainly wear this hat with the face mask tucked up inside. However, this past week I have been working outside in -47 degree Minnesota weather, fixing water main breaks. Having the ability to flip down the face mask to protect myself from the brutal cold was a godsend.

    It's nice to have neck and face protection built in, though its a bit cumbersome to tuck in. The hat is tall enough and has nice ear coverage so the extra material on top of your head isn't too annoying. Very warm and convenient. Over all very pleased.

    This hat has worked great for me during winter ops at a Oregon airport and in the cold, windy plains of North Dakota. I’ve used this beenie while de-icing aircraft in a man basket at 4 in the morning with below zero weather and pounding posts in -°10 wind. The beenie is very warm and does a good job protecting the ears, the drop down face mask works really well to keep the edge off. The one minor annoyance I could find is that when you are wearing a hard hat, the beenie will bunch up a bit weird on top of your head but then again it’s winter, things are going to bunch up. 10/10 would recommend!

    This hat keeps your ears and your face extremely warm! If you don’t want to hear the face mask just tuck it back into the hat and wear just the hat. The face mask blocks the wind and isn’t a bother while wearing it. Thank you cathartt for another great product.

    I have finally found the one!! This beanie and face mask combo is an A+ must have for late season bowhunters. It is not bulky and will not interfere with anchor points when in full draw. Keeps me super warm and comfortable and on those extra cold and windy days, just throw a little hot hands pouch in there and its like sitting by the fire at 20 feet up!!

    It didn't appear to be a bright orange. But it's a BRIGHT orange. Gave covering came unstitched. Cap is warm and fits well. I'd buy it again. But not ORANGE.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good two in one hat the does what it is supposed to. The gray hat looks like green to me and the seams make your head bigger because they don’t lay perfectly flat but, it keeps me warm and my forehead doesn’t itch.

    I bought one, last year, and LOVED it. It was 15 degrees opening morning of MO firearm season and my head did NOT get cold. I recommend this hat for EVERYONE. Liked it so much, I bought 2 more (brown for me and black for my wife).

    OSFA was to small for my head (normally I wear a size large hat)

    The OSFA (one size fits all) is snug on my head. I normally wear a large hat. I won’t buy another OSFA hat unless I can try it on. I washed it before I tried it on so I will keep it.

    My husband has had good luck with this product and bought one for me. Even though it's one size fits all, it fits well for both of us. We mostly use it for outside during the cold. It is very warm and blocks the wind to the face. The best part is the utility of the hat. It can be worn with the ear flaps tucked inside or up or down on the outside. When bitter cold it can be worn with the face mask also. Even though they call it the 2-In-1 hat, it can actually be worn 3 different ways. We love it and would not go out in cold weather without it. Would highly recommend.

    Purchased hat yesterday...due to COVID concerns, did not try it on...my mistake. Got it home, rinsed it out, let it dry. I doubt that it will fit my grandson. Tight-tight. Too tight to wear. Already tossed the receipt, all my other Carhartt stuff works/fits fine, thought this would too. Label inside said "Fits-All." Appears to be made well, but my head is larger than a softball...absolutely too tight to wear. Guess I will bite the bullet on this one...

    Love this hat. Super functional. Very warm with the mask down for feeding horses in blowing snow. Tucks up in the hat when you don’t want it. Not sure why it’s labeled men’s. Very happy with my purchase. Need more colors!

    This is a great hat for those windy days in Colorado. I use it over a baseball cap because I have a small head. It was nice and warm. Just wish the face/neck piece covered the back of the neck.

    I wear this when I ride my motorcycle when its cold and have called it my WARMY HAT. I also have one at work since I work outside and its the best hat I have used. The face mask comes in handy when the wind blows and I am above ground. It will serve you well. Easy to clean and looks good. Love it when I blow snow at home. Great product form a great company. I own several Carhartt cold weather products like coats and insulated bibs.

    Not necessarily a "cute" hat, like a slouchier hat might be, but extremely warm, convenient to have the mask built in, fits snug to the head, and keeps your ears warm. Got one for everyone in the family.
