PROGRAM OVERVIEW & ENROLLMENT
Q: WHAT IS THE B.REWARDED LOYALTY PROGRAM?
A: B.Rewarded is our loyalty program at Boot Barn® where you can earn points on your purchases at any Boot Barn® retail store location, online at bootbarn.com, or in the Boot Barn® app. Once you've earned 250 Points, you'll receive a $15 credit to use on a future purchase.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN?
A: Absolutely nothing. B.Rewarded is free to join.
Q: HOW CAN I JOIN THE B.REWARDED LOYALTY PROGRAM?
A: You can sign up at any of our Boot Barn® retail store locations nationwide or online by creating an account here.
Q: WHY DO YOU NEED MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
A: Email is the easiest and fastest way to keep up to date with B.Rewarded. By providing your email address, you'll receive email notices when you've earned points and rewards, and we'll let you know when they're about to expire. You'll also receive email notices of special offers and promotions, such as a birthday gift if you've let us know your birthday month.
ACCOUNT ACCESS & PROFILE MANAGEMENT
Q: HOW CAN I LOOK UP MY POINTS BALANCE?
A: You can look up your points balance and credits by visiting the Check My Balance page and entering your B.Rewarded number or email address AND your zip code. You can also find out your balance by calling Customer Service at 1-888-440-2668 or by visiting any retail store location.
Q: I DON'T REMEMBER MY LOYALTY NUMBER, WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
A: You can find your loyalty number and check your balance by logging into your account on bootbarn.com or in the Boot Barn app.
Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE INFORMATION?
A: You can contact customer service at custserv@bootbarn.com or call 1-888-440-2668 and request an account update, or you can visit any store location and a Boot Barn® employee will be happy to update your B.Rewarded account.
Q: CAN I OPT-OUT OF GETTING POSTAL MAIL OFFERS?
A: Yes, you can contact customer service at custserv@bootbarn.com or call 1-888-440-2668 and request an account update, or you can visit any store location nationwide and a Boot Barn® employee will be happy to update your account.
Q: HOW CAN I ADD MY EXISTING REWARDS NUMBER TO MY ACCOUNT?
A: You can enter your rewards number during the check-out process at Bootbarn.com. For help with making changes to your account, you can contact customer service at custserv@bootbarn.com or call 1-888-440-2668.
EARNING POINTS
Q: HOW DO B.REWARDED MEMBERS EARN POINTS?
A: B.Rewarded members earn points on eligible purchases at the rate of their current status level: B.Rewarded members earn 1 point per $1 spent, B.Rewarded Gold members earn 1.25 points per $1 spent, and B.Rewarded Black members earn 2 points per $1 spent.
Q: CAN I EARN POINTS ON PURCHASES I MAKE ON BOOTBARN.COM?
A: Yes. You can earn points on your Bootbarn.com purchases. Just enter your B.Rewarded loyalty number at checkout. You can also link your B.Rewarded number to your existing Bootbarn.com account, so every time you make a purchase while logged in, your B.Rewarded number is automatically entered.
Q: CAN MEMBERS EARN POINTS FOR PURCHASING A GIFT CARD?
A: No. Gift card purchases do not earn points; however, the person who uses a gift card on a purchase will receive points for their purchase.
Q: DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
A: Yes. However, points do not expire as long as your B.Rewarded account has at least one qualifying transaction within the previous 12 months. If there is no account activity for 12 consecutive months, your entire point balance will expire.
REWARDS CREDITS
Q: WHAT IS A REWARDS CREDIT?
A: A Rewards Credit is a $15 credit that you can apply towards any purchase at any of our retail store locations nationwide, on bootbarn.com, or in the Boot Barn® app.
Q: HOW DO I EARN A REWARDS CREDIT?
A: Once you have earned 250 Points, the B.Rewarded program verifies the points and will create a $15 Rewards Credit, available within a few days, for you to use on future purchases.
Q: WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY REWARDS CREDIT?
A: Points from eligible purchases typically post to your account within 24–48 hours. For online orders, points are posted once the complete order has shipped. Once you reach 250 points, your reward is typically available for use within 5 days.
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW I HAVE A CREDIT?
A:
- If you have provided your valid email address, you will receive an email letting you know that you have a valid Rewards Credit available in your account to use on a merchandise purchase
- Members can visit any store location and inquire
- Members can call a store location and inquire
- Members can look up their credits online
- Members can look up their credits on the Boot Barn app
Q: ARE THERE ANY LIMITS TO HOW MANY REWARDS CREDITS I CAN EARN?
A: Yes. Rewards credits have a weekly maximum of $1,000 (250,000 points) per week. Any points not converted into rewards credits in one week will remain in your account and, if over 250 points, will be converted to additional rewards credits the following week.
Q: DO I HAVE TO USE ALL OF MY REWARDS CREDIT ON A SINGLE PURCHASE?
A: You can select the amount of valid Rewards Credits you want to use on a purchase. For example, if you have $60 in credits but want to use only $25 on a purchase, you can do that and still have the remaining $35 credit available to use on a future purchase prior to expiration.
Q: HOW LONG IS MY REWARDS CREDIT VALID?
A: Rewards Credits are valid for 60 days from the date the credit was issued.
Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY REWARDS CREDIT HAS EXPIRED?
A: If you have provided us with an email address, you'll receive an email reminder about 2 weeks prior to your rewards credit expiring. Members can also check current rewards/expiration dates here: https://www.bootbarn.com/balancecheck.
Q: MY REWARDS CREDIT HAS EXPIRED. CAN I STILL USE IT?
A: No. Once a Rewards Credit is older than 60 days from the date it was issued, the credit expires and is removed from your account.
Q: WHAT CAN I BUY USING MY REWARDS CREDIT?
A: You may use a Rewards Credit to pay for any merchandise, including sale merchandise and special orders; with the exception of gift cards.
Q: CAN I USE THE REWARDS CREDITS TO MAKE PURCHASES ON BOOTBARN.COM?
A: Yes, you may use your Rewards Credits online or in the Boot Barn app. There is a Rewards section on the billing section at check-out. At this time for online purchases, you must use all rewards credits available in a single transaction.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO A REWARDS CREDIT IF I RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) I USED IT ON?
A: Your rewards credit will be re-applied to your account within 48 hours of us processing the return.
STATUS LEVELS
Q: DO STATUS LEVELS RESET EVERY YEAR?
A: No, once you reach a certain status level, you will maintain that status level for the rest of the current year and all the following year.
Q: WILL I GET NOTIFIED IF I MOVE UP TO THE NEXT STATUS LEVEL?
A: Yes, you will receive an email notification when you qualify for a new status level.
Q: DO SALE ITEMS COUNT TOWARD STATUS LEVEL QUALIFICATION?
A: Yes, all eligible purchases, including sale items, count toward your annual spend and status level.
Q: ARE THERE EXCLUSIONS OR PURCHASES THAT DON'T COUNT TOWARD STATUS LEVELS?
A: Yes, certain items like gift cards and bag/box fees do not count toward your status level.
Q: DO GIFT CARD PURCHASES COUNT TOWARD MY STATUS LEVEL?
A: No, gift card purchases are excluded and do not contribute to your annual spend, so they will not change your status level.
Q: IF I RETURN ITEMS, DOES THAT IMPACT OR REDUCE MY STATUS LEVEL?
A: Yes, but only if the return brings total annual spend below the amount needed for a certain status level. When you reach a new status level, you enter a 60-day evaluation period (aligned with your return window). If returns during that time lower your spend below the threshold, your status level will be adjusted at the end of the 60 days.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ADJUST MY POINTS BALANCE?
A: Points and Rewards Credit inquiries, as well as adjustments, can take up to 10 business days to verify.
