      I do a lot of ground work with my horses and looked for a waterproof and comfortable shoe for bad weather days. Perfect also for riding. Ariat = always a good quality and fit!

      I love these boots! I wear them on those gross "not rain boots and not winter boots but just gross out" days in New York and they've been uptothechallenge!Had them a yearalready and they're ingreatshape for what they've been through. Very comfy, though they do run a little wide. Something I never have issues with (if anything shoes and boots are too narrow for me usually). I have my usual size and can fit heavy duty wool socks no problem.Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

      I was looking for a waterproof work boot for the barn and bought my first pair of the Ariat Terrain H20's a couple of months ago along with a pair of the regular Ariat Terrain's which I found very comfortable for my recovering fractured heel. I so liked both versions that I began wearing the "barn boots" as well as the non-waterproof Terrain's for everyday wear with jeans. Realizing that wearing barn boots to a restaurant or shopping might get a little "odiferous" I bought a second pair of the Terrain H20's exclusively for non-barn use in our rainy Oregon climate. They are sooooo comfortable I even wear them around the house as slippers! They are attractive and durable and I am wearing them with a big smile on my face.

      Over 8 years ago, I bought a pair of Ariat clogs. I wore them a LOT and they're still in great shape. I recently got this pair, knowing they'd lastforever.Right out of thebox,they're very comfortable. Theconstruction is solid and they feel wonderful. I have wide feet and the medium width fits me well. I got a larger size to accomodate thick socks, but I'd say the fit is pretty true to size. I haven't worn them in severe weather yet, but I know they'll keep my feet warm, dry and comfortable. I've already worm them hiking and they were super-comfy! Thanks for making such great shoes!

      My daughter has large, flat, wide feet. We were excited to find a pair of riding boots that fit and were comfortable. This style will also allowthem todouble as hikers asher feet continue to grow. Pleasekeepmaking wide widths.

      Perfect fit, but they don't last

      I have to start by saying that I LOVE the fit of the terrains, and I have been a loyal Ariat customer my whole adult life. I have tried every Ariat boot I could get my hands on, and because of my wide feet, these are the only boots that reliably fit. It's such a terrible feeling to buy a pair of boots online only to get them home and realize they won't fit. The only reason Ive been hunting for a new option is that I've run through 3 pairs of terrains in 3 years. The spot where the plastic toe guard meets the leather begins to rip. The sole of my newest pair began to come off after two wears. I've since glued it, but for this price, I would hope to get more than a month out of the shoe. Not to mention the amount of waste in producing a boot that will be trashed in less than a year. I would spend more money if I knew of a boot that would actually work for my hard-to-fit feet. As it is now, I'm considering leaving the brand to find a sturdier boot elsewhere.

      These shoes are super comfortable and have excellent traction. I wore them hiking in Colorado and I never slipped even once on the steep, rocky surfaces

      Excellent boots, I hike every day 2&1/2 miles and the sole's technical makeup really supports my foot and especially my arch. These boots are replacements for 5 year old Ariat H2O boots that wore out. I highly recommend Ariat boots and Boot Barn has the best prices on them, they ship them promptly and they have great customer service. Boot Barn and Ariat boots are a win win!

      The most durable & comfortable hiking boot ever! This is my second pair of same boot, I wore first pair 6 winters! Was disappointed that I had to order online bc in store purchase wasn't available. Also there were 4 employees behind the counter, 2 working as the others "held the counter up." I do appreciate the young lady who helped look these boots up & order online for me. She deserves a raise & the others deserve a pink slip bc your store was full that day & no one offering assistance.

      So glad I was able to get this boot in a women's 10.5- it's a much better fit for me. Love this boot! I wear it all the time while competing in Barn Hunt with my terrier.

      I bought these boots 2 yrs ago (wear these year round), I live in the woods and am always outside doing yard work/stacking wood and in winter shoveling snow. Was looking for a comfortable hiking style boot. This is the best boot I've ever owned. I was pleasantly surprised they were comfortable right out of the box AND my feet do not get wet !! I will definitely buy these again, but would go half size down , went with my normal size 6 and they are a little big, but works well with thicker socks in the winter. Ariat , Please keep making these boots! oh! one more thing.. they clean up well if you step in poop :-)

      Great boots to wear year round around the barn or the backyard, no breaking in, very comfortable, they run a little big so order your regular size. Ariat never disappoints, their boots are always well made and last for ever.

      I'm wearing my second pair, have had a pair for over 5yrs, LOVE THEM!! my favorite shoe ever. Very comfortable, can be on your feet all day without tiered feet and legs.

      These boots are very comfortable on Day 1. No breaking in needed and I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. I use them for around the barn, riding and hiking. Love that they are waterproof and keep my feet dry too. I would note that I do notice a difference in the fit between the waterproof and the non-waterproof boots. The waterproof seem to fit my foot better with less movement in the boot when walking therefore no blisters.

      This boot is great! Not only is it water proof but it keeps your foot warm in cooler weather as well. Very comfortable, and works/grips well in the stirrups. So happy with this purchase.

      HORSEBACK RIDING NECESSITY

      I started a new hobby - learning how to horseback ride. So, for my safety, I wanted good, sturdy and water proof boots. At first I ordered my regular shoe size of 9.5 - boy was I way off. I returned them for a whole size smaller 8.5 and they are a perfect fit. Customer service was excellent - especially since my entire transaction was online! I wear semi-thick moisture repelling cool socks and break-in time was about a good day. After several months of mud, rain, muck, thicket, Texas heat and everything else imaginable on a ranch, these boots exceeded my expectations! My feet and legs are not the sore part of my body :) I highly recommend these boots.
