    The first time I wore these I went line dancing. Surprisingly, they were comfortable and didn’t hurt my feet! I realize they aren’t meant for line dancing so I was very happy.

    Gorgeous boot. After read8ng all the reviews I purchased my normal 8.5. They were way too big. Returned for an 8, and they are perfect. Definitely recommend to size down.

    I bought these boots a month ago and can say that I am really happy with this purchase. They are comfortable and I've received so many compliments on them. The reason I won't give this 5 stars is that the right boot feels more narrow and is honestly really painful to put on. It digs in to the top of my foot to the point where taking them off is relieving. I think that maybe they need to broken in more but only time will tell! I also think that this site should let you upload pictures with the review so you can get a better idea of what they look like since some boots on here only have one stock photo.

    I love the design on these boots. However, they were uncomfortably snug over the top of my foot. And they looked very long, much longer than my foot, so sizing up would’ve been bad. I got my usual size 8. They were more uncomfortable than they should’ve been even for before the break in period. Had to return and by a similar boot in the store from the Shyanne brand. I’m so much happier with those!!

    Purchased 2 sets of boots this day. They did not have the size for either set I wanted. So we went to front desk asking to purchase online. Pair 1 was for my daughter, Pair 2 for my wife. The Pair for my daughter would have fit but we wanted to go .5 size up as she's still growing. Went to front desk purchased both as an online order to have it shipped to our house. They were having a military appreciation and offering a discount. Sales clerk said we recieved the discount and good to go. When I asked for a reciept she said she could not provide one but it should be in my email, so we left. I got the email and no discount as the sales clerk described. We get the order in with both sets of boots. My daughters boots were the size that fit in the store, but not the size we ordered as we wanted them .5 larger. The boots fit so we kind of just gave up and let her keep the boots as is. I did check the emailed reciept and the boots ordered were not the same size as the boots sent. My wife opened the second set of boots and they were scuffed, and looked worn. We took those back but could not find the right size so we just got our money back. Which was really disappointing because these were birthday presents as the birthdays are close, and both were really wanting the boots. Sadly not a huge fan of bootbarn at the moment and hopefully you guys can do learn from this and do right towards the next person.

    We have NEVER dealt with worse customer service than with Boot Barn. So bad that our credit card company had to close our personal card because of miscellaneous charges, charges due to poor communication and lack of knowledge by Boot Barn, and lack of return credit that is supposed to posted in 1-3 business days following a return.

    The boots are so beautiful in person and super comfortable. They were a bit tight on my feet at first because I have wide feet but after two wears they’re loose and fit perfectly! 100% recommend!!

    Beautiful color and stitching, easy to get on and off, although they are tight at the ball of my foot. They will definitely need to stretch in that area.

    I wear between 10 1/2 -11 in women. These boots are comfortable & true to size. If you have a wider foot, look for a wide. These are perfect!
