I love these breeches. My only complaint is that the size feels one size smaller than other size 28 breeches I've tried. I ordered 28 Regular. They felt too tight around the waist and short. I'm 5'7" and weigh 128. I typically wear 28 in breeches and have found many breeches are too high waisted for me and too short. I returned them for the 30 long. I haven't tried them on yet to tell you about the fit. But I loved the feel of the 28s that were too tight to wear all day at a show. I anticipate the 30L feeling great.

Given these a couple of good rides and they are so comfortable! The color is a bit darker than what is pictured in thetruffle, but I don'tmindit. I woulddefinitely recommendthese for everydayriding.

overall, these breeches were of high quality. i like the fit of side zip, and the no elastic/velcro on the ankles was definitely an improvement.i am normallya 30L, but with all of the reviews i read online i decided i would be safe to go a size up to 32L. i have heard that Ariat breeches tend to be very hit or miss when it comes to fit, and this is why i wasnt able to try them on before buying them; my local tack store doesnt carry ariat breeches for that reason. the breeches fit perfectly lengthwise, through the calf and thigh, but the hip and crotch area was very baggy. i dont dare exchange them for 30L because i know they would be too small. i think Ariat would do well to modify their styling. coincidentally, i purchased a 30L pair of Tailored Sportsmans and they fit like a dream. im not sure if Ariats just dont accommodate my body type (5'7", 150 lbs, athletic) or if they need to improve the fit of their breeches. if at all possible, definitely try these on before purchasing them.

Comfortable and well put together.

I use these breeches for schooling and smaller shows. They are a wonderful breech, fabric is nice and giving, can handle being used frequently too. I have ridden in them a lot and they have held up better than I expected. Nice enough to show in. Worth the money most definitely. Fabric is a little thick but still breathable. Fits true to size. Good color!

Rough fabric, strange fit. Runs large on waist and calf. Not transparent, which was a win and did the job for my needs.

unfortunitly i got a pair and they dont fit very well, they say low rise but were to high on me and kept falling down and looking sloppy....sadly my cheap ovationsfit better!

Love the look...HATE the seam down the back of my knee! It was itchy/painful. Quality fabric, like the stretch panelthat goes from the mid-calfdown,justam notgoing tobe able to wear these becauseof the oddly-placed seam that runs down the middle of the back of my knee! Also, I got these in a long, and even though I'm only 5'9" they didn't seem quite long enough

Before buying these breeches I had a pair of Grand Prix, which I thought were the best thing since sliced bread. Was Iever wrong! From themomentI puttheseon Iwas sold.Thematerial is amazing, stretchyandtrulylow rise. They feel the same in the morning as they do after 12 hours at a horse show. The stretch is fabulous and don't feel restricting like those Grand Prixs. I am 5'7 and 150lbs, built like a rider with strong legs.

I received these as a christmas present last year and I absolutely love them. They held up to riding for an entire summer, might I add every day with barn chores thrown in, and are still going strong. They look great on me and the pockets are great. I'm usually a 32R but with the style of the calves I was given 32L and they fit well. At first the fit felt a bit funny in the calves but I've adjusted and prefer them over the velcro adjustable breeches. The fabric did fade a bit, however, in my mind that's to be expected with being used so much outside and being frequently washed. Overall these are worth every penny and I'll be adding more pairs to my collection of breeches as these are my favorites!
