      Not satisfied with quality. This is the same boot model purchased several years ago. The last pair was perfect! Quality leather, solid construction...it doesn't look like they are being made the same way anymore since there are glued layers of leather on the tongue and the treated leather exterior has a thinner leather used and a high polish, not like the leather that was waxable all these years. Will be returning since at this price it is not worth it.

      Excellent boots. Ordered mine about a year ago so I have waited to write a review. First let me say how pleased I am for those of us with wide feet that we can order our true size and not live in agony. Held up extremely well, little wear to soles. Lacing great. Been in mud, rain, GGT, dry. All conditions. Will order another pair most definitely.

      Diminished material quality

      Ariat has been my go to for years as someone with long narrow feet that make most other manufacturers impossible to get tied tight enough to keep my foot in place without losing circulation when I put my heels down. Unfortunately, this most recent pair had the leather on the tongue already disintegrating within a month of purchase. The substructure of the leather is already clearly visible around the tongue and top edge of the boot and is not at all reflective of the quality I had come to expect from Ariat. I wish I'd known before I purchased.

      These boots are very comfortable but are already are showing signs of wear on the leather behind lace up area...I’ve only had the boots two weeks.

      I have a high instep and a bunion and soI usually have difficulty finding shoes that fit and provide support. I've had them 2 weeks and I can wear them for many hours at the barn without problems.

      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are the most comfortable work shoes I have owned. No breaking-in necessary. I can wear them all day on concrete and dirt and my feet feel great, both feet and ankles supported. The design is classic and it looks amazing. I highly recommend.

      I I love these boots so much until I got these they are now even though I ordered ordered a wide.. and to get different pair I had to send them back and pay for a second pair of them and wait for a credit..hey didn't just exchange them. And pair 6 now , still to narrow, even at 1/2 size larger. I compared the soles of my old ones with these new ones and indeed they are making them narrower they are not as wide as all four of the pair that I had before and that's ridiculous if these are made in the US why are they not even making them white anymore It isn't like we got narrower feet somehow. If I could give them a zero star I would. extremely disappointed, The shoe repair store said they can't even stretch them out because the the leather is too thin

      Have been looking for a nice, comfortable pair of boots for a long time. Why I say a long time is that I wanted leather and wide width which is quite hard to find, and that are nice looking. Eureka! Finally found a company that provided all of my needs. Very happy!

      Got these for a trip to Europe. They are my third pair, third color. Well, I have my riding pair, my brown ones and my black! They are so comfortable I can walk for days in them. They dress up and they dress down.

      I had these boots for several years. I ride with them as well as wear for daily wear. Love the boots but did have a issue with the insole top layer separated peeled back leaving a sticky blue padding exposed and sticking to my socks. Fortunately I can order insoles here, which why I was at this site.

      These boots are very comfortable. I have wide feet with a high instep and it is hard to find boots that fit well and feel good. The wide, lace up boots are great for me.

      This is my second pair in 20 years! Yes, that's how AWESOME these boots are! They're BUILT WELL, BUILT TO LAST!!! I just wish that the tongue/gusset section were as well-padded as the Nitro model. The Nitro does appear to be more comfortable, but the Heritage is def more stylish. Please combine the best of these 2 boot models to arrive at a better product. For example, the Heritage is much more stylish with its shiny exterior and nice even color - the Nitro has a weird, funky heel, and just on that alone I decided to stick by my Heritage model.

      I couldn't wear these, not the right fit on my foot and really stiff. I found the Heritage Lacer II's to be much more satisfactory.

      These boots lived up to the description. They needed very little time to break in. I wear them all day long. The uppers seem to be of quality leather and the dark brown color is perfect. The soles are soft and flexible.

      Problem with the Ariat toe cap

      The toe cap cuts across the widest part of the foot. I have worn Ariat paddock boots for many years but have had to replace them after only a year or so because the stitching at the toe cap comes loose. The boots are otherwise in good shape but must be discarded due to the split. I guess it is good for Ariat to sell more boots but I am disappointed every time. If the toe cap was moved off the widest part of the foot by even half an inch, I believe the problem would be alleviated.

      I just started riding again so I needed some new boots because the last time I rode was 10 years ago. These boots were great then and they're great now. I pair these with some chaps and it's super comfortable. I like the lace-up style because I can change how tight I want the fit. Great shoe overall.

      I have worn this paddock boot at shows and when working as a Show Steward. The arch support in them keep my feet feeling good all day. I love wearing them with skirts or pants.

      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this boot because I was looking for a leather boot that can be worn on a weekend for my first ride but also to wear after the fact casually. I only had 'breaking-in pains" the first day I wore them. After that, the boots have been very comfortable and beautiful. They are sturdy and I know will last me a long time.

      I have been buying Ariat Heritage paddock boots for probably close to 15-20 years and normally I pick the Round Toe, however I have tried this exact one in the past and again I had to purchase these due to the round toe not being available. Worst blisters ever! Both times! They also feel more stiff and feel more hot inside too. Super bummed out. I will probably have to swap brands now.
