      Second pair for dress wear

      Love these boots so much this is my second pair. They are so comfortable I wear them all the time. I bought these as a dress version and the original pair are daily wear - including working on the farm.

      I hope Ariat NEVER stops making these boots. These boots help my back so much and the only boot that I have found that I am able to put my Dr. prescribed lifts in and still get the boot on. I also have a very high arch and the are great to support it. I have worn the Women's Heritage II Lacer boot for over 30 years, in fact this is the only shoe I can wear for more than an hour and the size ALWAYS runs true to size and fit, no breaking them to become comfortable. GREAT job Ariat

      I first purchased this boot in 1999. I wore them for over 20 years with only minor repair. Comfortable as a slipper. Bought the next pair this year. Happy to see quality and comfort are the same as original pair.

      Better than slippers

      I have narrow, flat feet. From the moment I put on these boots they were so comfortable. I just bought my 3rd pair, my second brown pair. My first pair has lasted many years, but it was time for boots. Because of the narrow feet and ankles the laces are way to long, and the tongue on the boot keeps slipping to the outside (This did not happen with the black boots.) I had the shoe repair man tack the tongue to the inside of the boot to take care of the problem.

      There’s just something about a tie boot. This Heritage lacer II is sturdy, supportive, comfortable and stylish at the same time. The high quality leather, hole/loop placement for laces and the double layer fringed flaps on top of the laces are functional as well as attractive. I don’t think twice about leaving the ranch in these boots to run errands in town. Great for riding as well as chores.

      First of all, I couldn't have ordered my correct size without printing off the size chart. For years I have worn either an 8 or 8 1/2 Medium. I measured my feet on the printable chart and ordered a 9 Wide. They fit beautifully!! Finally, the quality of the leather and construction of the boots is top notch! They are light weight and very durable. I have no problem working in these boots all day. I have also received many compliments because they are just as stylish as they are practical!

      Exciting to find Ariat in a C width! Style, comfort and dependability your boots will be comfortable all day. I've depended on Ariat boots the last 20 years to get the work done. I bought this boot in both brown and black as they are very comfortable on or off the horse!!

      As the boots were 1/2 size too big, I returned them & got a pair of 6.5W, which I will keep, though too tight over the instep, hopefully they’ll stretch a little rather than come apart. I wore the paddock boots for several years until the last style change when the seam over the toe separated after 3 months, so I don’t have much confidence.

      This is my third pair and they are just as comfortable as before, though some features have changed. One thing I would improve is, there is no slot in the tongue for the laces so the tongue slips over the side and is annoying. I'm going to remedy that. It has been 5 years since my last pair bit the dust, but I broke an ankle last October and wanted comfortable boots for extra support. The height on these are just right and are comfortable for walking. True to size.

      This is my second pair of Ariat lacer boots. My first pair was the lacer I. They really took a beating and after some breaking in were really comfy. My new ones are the lacer II. They are amazing! No breaking in needed, a softer inside and super comfy! I already know they will last a very long time. They are a great boot for riding and also around the stable!! I will buy them again!

      As all things Ariat, these boots are of top quality. I have had numerous pairs of them and use them almost daily in barn/horse related activities. They are not "waterproof" but have held up well in wet conditions and shine up nicely if you want to go somewhere without dust and dirt on your shoes.

      I absolutely love Ariat boots.

      This is my third pair of these boots. I'm still using the first pair for training and the second pair for showing. This pair will be my "extra!" I have a narrow ankle and these lacers fit perfectly and provide support for all of the hours that I wear them. They also "wear like iron" in all kinds of weather. Love them!
