    Best pair of jeans I have found. As a mechanic, they hold up better than any other jeans i have used.

    Wrong size/fit

    The size and fit was not the same as my previously purchased Rebar M5 Straight DuraStretch Edge Stackable Straight Leg Jeans of the same size. These new ones were much larger and looser fitting. I thought they were shrink a bit after washing, but they didn't. Unfortunately, I cannot return since they have been washed and worn. Obviously being mass produced they are not sized the same and will need to try on in the store before I buy next time.

    These would be perfect in a slim cut!

    Really liked the color and style of these jeans except they were a little too baggy through the hip and thigh. Not everyone likes all the colored threads and fancy embellishments, and these fit the bill... they would of been perfect if Ariat offered these in a slim cut.

    As usual Ariat Jeans are very comfortable and well made, but when I do a search for black jeans and order a color called Blackstone and the look black on the computer. I expect them to be black not dark blue. These Jeans are definitely not black and that's too bad, because they are really nice jeans. I am disappointed. Ariat is better than this. I hope they reach out and try and help me find some.

    Tough and comfortable blend of materials! Way, outlasting traditional Jean's You'd never know by looking at them, thier not 100% cotton. And, they are a rarity, using 7 belt loops!!! About time on this feature too!

    Purchased ariat m5 rebar. They are nice pants, flexible and fit very well around the seat. The sizes are on the money. I will not give 5 stars because I purchased 8 jeans in the last 2months and the legs are all different in all of them. Some are slim and some are more relax. Ariat needs to double check quality for the price they sell them. It does not bother me but still.

    I typically wear a size 36 in most every brand, so that’s what I ordered. I assumed the waist would shrink a bit and maybe that was way it was a little loose. Unfortunately it didn’t shrink much at all. When laid flat and measured, the waist is over 38”! I also bought the dark colored pair in the same size, but they fit perfectly.

    I had moved from Levi's and Wrangler over to the Ariat Jeans 3 years ago and they are by far the toughest jeans I have had. Being in the construction field, I put a lot of wear and tear on jeans, and have yet had a pair actually get holes, if I get a new pair, it is usually due to stains over time from construction work.

    I bought theses because I have some other M5 slim straight Ariat Jeans that I really like. Got these in the mail and they don’t fit at all like the other ones I have they were too big even though they were the same measurements. Disappointed in that. Tried to order a smaller size and out of stock. Maybe someday I’ll get a pair that fits and I’ll write a good review.

    As a General Contractor, I am in the field working along all my guys.     Finding a pair of jeans that actually fits me is nearly impossible. Ariat is a great fit! Weight is perfect, not so thick that they are heavy or so light weight that the wind cuts through them. Comes out of dryer ready to wear.

    Whether working on equipment, handling hay, building or in the saddle all day, this jean holds up exceptionably well to any of the harshest work environments. I would wear them all day handling course alfalfa bales and the fibers in the jeans wouldn't show any stress they had been through. Resistant to abrasive objects that I would come in contact with while on the job. They are comfortable to work in all day and extremely durable. The separate knife pocket keeps my pocket knife in an easy to access location.

    Great pair of pants that fit well my only gripe is the knife pocket in the right side pocket is annoying. I carry a knife every day and the pocket makes it way harder to actually get the knife out of the pocket. I’ll just take it out.
