    I've had many boot brands over the years. None have fit me so comfortably as the Ariat Rambler. My job is walking up and down a dusty desert street at an 83 year old movie set teaching folks history. These work perfectly.

    I've had 3 pairs of these over the last few years. I walk through boot soles about once a year, but these hold up great, I'm a flatbed truck driver, as well as a part time groundskeeper and these have always been reliable no matter what I'm working on

    Just received my boots and they are comfortable right out of the box. I had to go throw on a pair of jeans and try them out. My wife and I both love the way they look. The foot bed is very cushioned and reminds me of a running shoe almost. I went to my local Boot Barn and tried them out to figure what size I needed so I can't really talk about sizing problems. Although, I usually wear a 10 1/2 (normal width) in every shoe size but had to buy a 10EE in this boot. The boot is a little darker than what is shown in the picture, but not by much. Overall, great looking and comfortable boot. Awesome choice for my first pair of Ariats.

    I've bought this same pair of boots the last 3 times i've needed them. I wear them everyday and they usually last me about 2 years. I like to fold over the tops of the boots and these allow me to do so from the first day because the material for the part of the boot that goes up your leg isn't stiff.

    I live and work outside everyday, not just the nice weather days too. You have to be be able to depend on your boots to get you through the ups and down and these handle the job with ease, not to mention they are also the most comfort you can get in a boot!

    This is my first pair of Ariat boots. I love the look and fit. The soft leather upper is very soft and sturdy the color is very similar to the photo. They were a little tough to break in but easily worn for 8 hours a day. Slight rough spot on heel caused discomfort but thicker socks should fix that. I would buy another pair of Ariat boots.

    These are the first western style boots I've ever worn so I doubt I can say anything meaningful about the boots as I've nothing to compare them to. However, I first ordered them in my normal size, couldn't get into them, shipped them back and reordered in a larger size. I give credit to Boot Barn for making this process easy and painless.

    Going on my 8th pair now. Love these boots. Nice enough to go out in, perfect for a day in the office or outside working and comfortable. Once one pair gets scratched or scuffed they get designated as the work, chore and errand boot. And a new pair for going out is purchased.

    I have been wearing ariat boots for ten years plus. Now I sell them at a western store, along with other brands. They are the first I recommend from experience of wearing them. Comfortable insole and rugged outsole. I don't have to worry walking through a puddle of water, or working in my horse stalls, easy to clean and go anywhere in them.

    Great boots, look amazing, feel amazing BUT the right boot is significantly smaller than the left one, like to the point where I need to have spare boots in my truck in case I can’t take the pain any longer.

Ariat easily exchanged them and he picked out these boots and got them a size larger and a width larger and uses them for outdoor work. He absolutely LOVES them and I LOVE the way he looks in them.     12 years I have had this pair. Leather feels like a sock now. Iowa born so these boots have been through every single element from freezing to burning hot. I've had em so long they are worn slick on the bottom, and still not leaks. Buy this boot.

    I normally wear a 8.5 EE. Ordered that size and my heel wanted to pull out of the boot with every step. Returned and ordered a size 8 EE and can't even get my foot to slide into the boot. It's almost like there is 3 shoe size difference between the 8 and the 8.5. Disappointing because they look like nice boots. I give up.

    These are incredibly comfortable boots. The square toe and availability of wide sizes makes for a good fit for those of us with wide feet. I could do without the fake dirt/staining on the edge of the outsole but it does wear off with some rubbing. I also conditioned the leather a little because, again, I don't need the fake worn look (I don't buy pre-torn jeans either). Once you start wearing these you won't want to put on anything different.

    I don't usually purchase boots without trying them on. Looking at other reviews that said to order 1/2 size smaller, I gave that a shot. They fit perfectly! Break in period was minimal. The boots arrived very quickly - so much so, I was surprised when they arrived. I will be ordering another pair of these in the darker color. VERY pleased. I own many boots...these are the most comfortable.

    Super comfortable boots w/ a heel that doesn't look too cowboy, is very easy to walk in due to the full width heel (as opposed to the standard "cowboy" sort of conical heel), plus the aged appearance looks much better w/ jeans than dressier / gaudy-er boots do. Love em.

    Sizing is true, 13 D. With a thick sock the boot fits well. My foot is not quite a D, but a B would be too tight. The shaft is a little flimsy, which is my fault for not knowing. This makes it slightly difficult to slide my feet in. I am 60 and not as flexible as I used to be. Very stable and comfortable. The boot lays well across the top of my feet. I have walked several miles a few times in them and not experienced any pain or fatigue.

    I've had 5 pair 2 rambler and 3 steel toe best slip right on with no breakN boot ever put on!) But 2 pair of my work boot fell right apart first 4 days of wearing them!) Hadn't order si ce then!( went to caterpillar and they suck and then went to doc martins!) And they suck!)

    42 year old male. First time ever wearing cowboy boots. They are easy to slip in and out. Comfort is great. Wore them for a casual day to break in and wore them to a family Quinceañera party for hours and not once did i feel discomfort. Im a sneaker head so boots do fit different. For these Ariat's im wearing size 11D but typically i wear size 11.5 on Sneakers like Jordans or Nike Dunks. I don't have wide feet so 11D is perfect snug but roomy fit. Haven't built any calluses so i feel i picked correct fit and the cushioning and design of the inner boot is working out perfect . The color of boot allows to style with anything from regular jeans and plain T-shirt to some nice fancy cowboy style outfit

On a whim I tried on these boots while in vacation and Holy Schnitzel it's like the sky parted and the Good Lord Himself shined a light on me. I've met my boot soulmate! These are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn and now I'm spoiled too them. I'll never go back to that other brand, ever! I wear these everyday and I'm on my feet a lot.     I bought these to wear as an every day pair of boots. As many have stated, they are very comfortable out of the box. No break in time needed at all. I wore them to a convention the day I bought them and after 8 hours of walking, still felt good. They do seem to run about a half to nearly one full size big. I always wear an 11Wide in my Ariat Sierras or Ariat Quickdraws. In these Ramblers I ended up with a 10.5Wide. Still had enough room to wear my normal socks I wear with boots. Next, I am going to order the Roughened Black.

    Not what I expected. One boot was larger than the other. It wasn't my feet either. I put them up side by side and toe to heel to see. Look nice, but the shaft is too wide. Spend a little more on the Airiat Benchmade made in Leon Mexico of Buffalo leather. The Rambler, you get what you pay for which is a nice looking cheaply made Chinese boot.

    These boots are MAN-LY awesome! They fit exactly as i hoped, true to your normal shoe size. I read reviews that they size large, but in my experience, that was not the case. Again, they fit as expected. These are very well constructed and look tough! They can be dressed up or down, depending on your occasion.

    I’ve just putted on my boots and they are absolutely comfortable and best looking. I have just a suggestion for those who what to get this great pair of Ramblers. Anytime I get a new pair of shoes I AWAYS fit size 45EU, but for the Rambler I had to buy a whole size down, that is 44EU! So be careful on considering your regular size in a western boot!

    So the boots were delivered while I was on a hunting trip in Louisiana. Just got home and opened them up and gotta say not really impressed yet. I have worn western style boots my whole life and though I never once have tried a pair of Ariat boots and so I did. While the comfort is there I really don't see the quality. They appear to be very cheaply made so I am anticipating buying another pair of my boots elsewhere very soon but we shall see I reckon. My star rating is in the middle at this point.

    I bought the Wicker ones about 3 months ago, nothing wrong with them other than their looks. The wrinkles and creases show, and it bothers me a lot, because the wrinkles are in a bright brown so they stand out from the dark brown. Other than that they’re in perfect condition, but something to know.

    This is a wonderful boot, extremely comfortable. no break in period. I would say they run big, as I found most boots of this type do. I normally ware a 12 wide, so I ordered the 11.5 EE. still too big. The EE is perfect, but still more room in the toes than I need. I would recommend at least a whole size smaller. This is no reflection on the boot, love it since the day I took them out of the box.

    I have had my pair of Ramblers since 2015. They have withstood work conditions in production plants, agriculture, and quite literally walked through fire. After 8 years of abuse they are worn nearly through the souls. These continue to be the most comfortable boots I have ever worn and they have taken punishment like well made champions.

    I bought this 6 months ago and they lasted a month and the bottoms of the boots were starting to tear off I am constantly having to hold these things together with glue until it tears again and i have to glue it again.

    I normally wear an 11.5 in men’s Nike and other shoes. Had to send 1st pair back and get a size smaller.... at an 11 with an EE for my flat wide feet, all is perfect!!!! I thought it was all hype but win sold!

    My first boot and I could not be happier. Very Comfortable. I purchased a half of a size smaller than I wear in a tennis shoe and it worked out well with insoles. I would advise purchasing these shoes

    I purchased this boot for my fiance for Christmas in his normal shoe size, but had to reorder down a complete size. The boot runs long. He loved the rugged look of the leather, which is super soft, and the sole (which looks like it has dirt specks made into the material). The Rambler is a very stylish look for those contemporary westerners. I DO recommend but advise to order down by one size.

    I have had this boot for over a year and it still fits like the first time I tried it on. I wear these everyday all day and my feet never get tired or sore. These have become my go-go boots for working outside where I'm doing a lot of bending or stooping, because of the soft sides. These are very comfortable and a high quality boot.

    Great Boots. First time I ever purchased boots for our many trips to Nashville. Ordered a half size smaller and they fit awesome. A little tight on the arch but after wearing them for a few hours they broke right in. Walked into the first place in Nashville and was asked where I had gotten them. Comfortable, and feel like a shoe you wore for years. Will purchase another pair when they wear out!

    First pair of the Rambler I ordered was just big. I ordered a size 12 to start and then went to an 11 and even the 11 was a bit big. The problem I had with these boots was a raised seam on the inside of the left boot. This occurred with 2 pairs of 11's and 1 pair of 10.5, all in the same spot. The right boot was fine and I could not feel the seem whatsoever. I tried inserting different and/or additional insoles to stop the persistent raised seem in the boot to no avail. Maybe I have sensitive feet? All I really know is that I have owned dozens of boots in my life some good, some bad. But I have never had to deal with this type of product reliability with a boot. I have worn Justin's, Laredo's, Nick's, White's, Hawthorne's, Tony Lama's, Double H's and probably others I can't remember and I have never had this kind of problem. I believe that problems lies with where Ariat decided to place the seams for the sole and insole of the boot which runs right under the ball of your foot, in perfect line to cause issues if there were to be any. Don't get me wrong I understand with any boot that there is a break in period that a person should endure and that break in period can be longer with a higher quality boot. It has taken me months sometimes to break in a boot. I gave these boots almost 4 months before I had enough, which is more than enough time for a boot to break in. So whoever is making the left boot in the Ariat Factory needs to wise up and get with the program. To anyone who considers this boot please be cautious when ordering.

    Great looking boot, was able to wear all day within four days of use. However, the boot came apart at the seam after two weeks of wear.

    For the most part these are comfortable boots right out of the box. I ordered EE and they still fit a little narrow. They were spot on with length. Working on breaking them in and stretching the leather.

    i wear them all day which includes a lot of walking and chores outside on dirt and concrete. They are very comfortable and true to size.

    i previously had a pair of Ariat Heritage boots and these blow my old ones out of the water. i can walk all day in these and because of their great fit and how light they are for boots i have no issues. they're a pretty plain looking boot but thats minor. highly recommend these to anyone looking for a pair they can walk around in and arent scared to get dirty

    I love these boots. The right does feel smaller than the left. Some conditioners are helping. I do recommend them for their quality and functionality.

    This boot is awesome can't say enough about it. It's the perfect boot looks sexy and is comfy i would buy another pair. Just make sure on your size because i ended up getting 1/2 size smaller than my normal size for it too fit me right.

    These boots are comfortable, good for working and like to get dirty then clean up well for a nite out two stepping. As they are they are ugly but with a little elbow grease you can have a very comfortable boot that looks like high end. Here's how to do it, first of all the leather is quality but with an ugly finish so what you want to do to have your one of kind boot is apply a dark brown shoe polish and work it in,(DO NOT POLISH THE UPPER), it will take probably the whole can, pay special attention to the toe area so if your military or ex and know how to apply a spit shine you will want to do this, the toe seems to be the worst, after that apply light brown polish for maintenance. So there you have it, you can take these extremely comfortable boots and make them look good.

    I am a solid 9 in golf shoes, dress shoes, and running shoes. I was fitted at the boot barn at Opry Mills. Size 9 works for me, and this was confirmed by the sales associate. I caution against getting a smaller size as some reviewers suggested.

    Love this boot. Hard to find something that will fit over a wide foot, most stitched shaft boots do not, and these fit the bill perfectly. Also, they look good with almost anything you wear.

    these boots are the best boots i ever owned by far. very nice looking and are very comfy. i read the reviews before i bought the boots so i got one size smaller. they didn't fit .so i had to send back got reg. size they fit prefect. thought shipping these boots back would be a problem.tell you what is was very easy and had my new pair send back to me in 2 weeks. it doesn't get more easier than this. thanks sheplers for being a great company.

    I received these boots prior to Christmas last year. While my son was home from the NAVY, he opened them and loved them. He put them back in the box and left them with me until he came back home. Only then did he realize he was sent two left boots.

    I bought these boots about 4 weeks ago and love em. Good comfortable boot that I can wear at work, but they look good enough to wear at night. The soles, unlike traditional western boots, have groves that run up and down the sole. This helps a lot with traction in wet conditions, grass, sand, etc. The upper section of the boot is made out of soft leather (bomber jacket type suede), so there is no chafing of the calves like some boots. Also these boots are comfortable right out of the box, no break in period! Overall just a great boot!

    I’ve owned many different boots throughout the years and this is by far the most comfortable pair I’ve had. I have compromised comfort over quality with many of the boots I have owned but with these I don’t believe I’m giving up either. They feel “broken in” from the moment I first put them on. As far as quality goes, time will tell. So far I’m very happy with them. I highly recommend you pick up a pair.

They are wearing great, true to size, and the coloring is nice - goes with a lot (both light and dark wash jeans!) The style of these aren't too flashy, something he was worried about. I would definitely recommend these for first time boot wearers!

    I wear size 11 in every brand so I bought a size 11 in these boots. They were very loose and I could hardly walk. I then bought a 10 1/2 and they are very tight, so they need to work on their sizing. Hopefully the 10 1/2 will loosen up because they are comfortable other than the tightness.

    This is my second pair of Ariat Ramblers. I got my first pair in brown a couple of years ago and thought, "Gosh, I wish they made these in BLACK!" Now they do, and they are amazing! I work in NYC and these boots pound the concrete like rugged sneakers, and protect my feet from crowds. The walking heel is perfect height -- no strain on the lower back and the leather conforms to your foot like a glove. Feels snug when you first put them on, but they break in like a custom fit. People always comment on how good looking they are too. Great stylish, work-boot that takes you right into a comfortable night on the town -- or out to the country for a motorcycle ride! -Barry, NY

    These are super soft along the calves and my husband says they're extremely comfortable to wear. He needed some work boots and I had heard this would be a great pair. I highly recommend these for anyone who wants a good rugged cowboy boot

    Boots look exactly like what you see on line. Good quality. Bought two pairs to see which one fits the best, with the idea of returning the pair that did not fit. The return process is stellar - simple, easy and fast.

    I love the upper suede type leather feel. It moves with your movement without bulking out your jeans or feeling too stiff in the legs. You get full range of motion comfortably and without chaffing while also having enough structure to hold firm and remain stiff enough. The boot itself was comfortable. Took about a day or 2 of working the heel to be a little more comfortable, it was a little stiff. Otherwise I have zero complaints. Wife loves the way they look and they have a solid "cowyboy boot" look without being over the top. Good every day boot that can be great for working or a casual night out.

    Bought these 3 weeks ago haven't really worn them all 3 weeks but so far I'm very satisfied with product appearance as well as anti fatigue system, have 3 Ariat boots not changing companies anytime soon
