This boot is great for daily activity in the pasture. The only thing I do not care for is that the leather on top of the foot traps dust and dirt. The rest of the boot is fine. There is a distinct line where my jeans cover the boot. The top of the boot looks like I mix cement all day.

This was my first pair of Ariat boots. I normally wear Tony, Nocona and Justin. I ordered a pair of 12EE. I loved the quality, but the fit was too tight. Rather than return them, I gave them to my son who has a narrower foot. So just beware, the fit is narrow.

Excellent boot for the every-day working man. My last pair lasted many years. The rubber sole doesn't slip like the leather sole. I think this toe looks a lot better than the wide square toe.

As stated by others who reviewed this boot, it is darker than the photo online, which was ok by me. These boots feel like slipping your feet into gloves. This is my second pair of Ariat boots and I have been more than pleased with them.

These are great boots. I ordered 1/2 size bigger than what I wear normally and they fit great. They are a little darker than pictured online.

Always been a fan of Ariats. Gone through several pairs over many years, but this iteration has a pretty painful flaw: the stitching in the pull tabs absolutely lacerated my calves. Had to put tape around the inside - they’re wearable now.

These boots were comfortable from the moment I put them on and now after wearing for a few days, just keep getting better. I love the old leather look and the colour, although darker than the picture is fantastic. My first pair of Ariat boots, my wife also bought a pair, and we couldn't recomment them enough. Ordering was simple, but for UK customers, I would recommend ordering 2 sizes larger than your UK size. As for Sheplers, could not fault the choice and service. Bought these boots for Christmas and love them. I wear a 15D so my selection is very limited, but from all that I have tried, Dingo, Durango, Dan Post Nocona, and Cody James, Ariat is by far the best. Putting them on the first time is like putting on a pair of boots you've worn for years. By far the most comfortable brand of boots I have tried yet. These boots look great, and feel great, they are a real pleasure to wear.

Fits well. good quality. Does not have Ariat stamp on the side as my other Ariat boots have. I guess it is still an Ariat Product.

These boots fit perfectly right out of the box. There was no break-in period at all. I had heard that Ariat boots were comfortable, but I was still suprised. These boots are the most comfortable boots, bar none, that I have ever worn. Easy to put on, and take off , and wearing them is like walking on a cushion of air. Color was what I expected, sizing was perfect, and the boots were even shipped quickly.

Hadn't wore cowboy boots in over 10 years and decided it was time to get back into wearing them. Pulled out my old boots to find they didn't fit or look very good. Looked at Sheplers.com and saw these nice looking boot Ariat Heritage Cowboy boots. The price and ratings attracted my attention so I ordered them. Put them on right after I got them and have been wearing them every day since. Very comfortable boot to wear and would highly recommend it.

Boots are great quality but run too big for me so I'm retuning them for an exchange. I was also disappointed that the color wasn't as represented, I was expecting them in a real distressed color but they came in a dark brown. Not bad but wasn't what I wanted/ordered. They need to change the picture to reflect the actual color they are. Other than that, nice cowboy boots and fast delivery.

First time I order online a boot for my husband, he loves the brand but these did not fit, way too narrow and tight for him....I was bummed out on Christmas morn cause he's worn the ones he has for years and refuses to give up, Same size he had but style must make it different. Plan to return but overall a nice boot just too hard to order the right fight online.

This review is for a size 15D. I wear these boots every day. The boots fit perfect, not big, not small. I chose the boots because I was not happy with the Laredo Golden Condor boots I had ordered from another retailer (which I returned) and wanted something with a slimmer shaft than the Laredo Burnt Apple boots I have; so I thought I'd try a different brand and the Ariat Heritage boots had a similar look. I'm extremely happy with how well the boots fit and how comfortable they are. The insoles are so soft; like walking on air. The rubber soles are great too, good traction. The shaft is much stiffer than the Laredo Golden Condor boots, and slimmer too, which is really nice since they hold their shape much better.

I wear a narrow "B" width boot and they are next to impossible to find on the shelf. I wear a 10 1/2 so took a chance and ordered these. I ordered them on "Black Friday" late in the evening on line with the hopes of receiving them by the following Friday. The order somehow got screwed up but the representative I talked to took excellent care of me and managed in the end to overnight ship the boots to me and I received them the following Friday afternoon. Absolutely love them, slightly darker than the picture which was fine with me. They first like a glove and are the most comfortable cowboy boot i've ever slipped on my feet. I read a review and it said boots were much darker.... I called a Sheplers sales person and told the lady I had read the review and it said the boots were dark... I told agent review was five years old..... and she said thats stilll there.... She said the boot was as shown in photo..... so I purchased them....Well I received them and low and behold they were just as dark as could be.....I've written to Sheplers, and told them of the ordeal.... and all I go was so sorry.....Nothing to compensate me for the untruth I was told just sorry and see ya later......You can take it from here... It is hard to find good looking boots that feel great, but these are exactly what I wanted.

You can't beat the price you get them for. I would give them 5 stars except they are not true to size. They are a little tight in the width, order wider or 1/2 size larger. Love them plan to order more.

Have worn these boots since the day I got them with no problems. Love the non-slip soles and the gel pads.Very comfortable.

I was expecting a more distressed look. The color is solid brown. No distress at all. But, the boots look good so I kept them.

These are all around great boots and for a great price. They are comfortable, look good, and fit me well. I purchased the first pair two years ago from a "cowboy" store. Wore them and beat them up to the point where they are now my work boots. Bought the 2nd pair of same size and width from Shepler's on-line and kept my fingers crossed they would fit. They did, perfectly. I like them so much I bought a 3rd pair from Shepler's, perfect again. Those are in the closet waiting until I need them.

The boots are great....a little pricey, but they are nice. 2 day air ship took way longer tho.

Nice boot BUT because it's not made in America, it is very narrow. I ordered an extra wide boot but it was too narrow for me.

I danced and rode horses for many years and developed my claves. I have to be careful about buying boots as they can be snug in the calf or not pull up at all. These rubbed on the left leg and I know I'd have blisters if I tried wear them. Also they fit differently in the foot. On e was loose and the other was a fairly good fit. Again, I"ll have to go to the boot store over the bridge in Jersey. They have an extensive selection there.

I found this business by browsing "men's Western boots". The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and a store that offered a great selection of product. Trying the boots on I found to be difficult. My sales person offered to have the left one stretched which I did. Afterward, the right boot was stretched also. I'm currently still in the breaking in mode. Additional boot hooks were also demonstrated and purchased. I found them very helpful getting both boots on more easily. The staff went out of their way to make sure my boots were made ready in all ways to provide a comfortable product.

i bought these boots from a local retailer i have cerebral palsy and the dr suggested cowboy boots for ankle support i tried these on after having about 50 different pairs in the last 8 years and the fit right out of the box is just what i need very stable and easy to walk or run in

seems like it will be a good work boot, but it is not as comfortable new as the model 10010289 that it evidently replaced, and is no longer available---just like everything nowadays,get a really good thing, then discontinue it!!!!!

I recently purchased this boot in advance of a trip to Nashville. The boots arrived on the date as promised and exceeded my expectations. They are as advertised, a great looking boot that is immediately ready to wear. The fit was perfect and they are extremely comfortable to wear right out of the box. I love them!

I ordered these boots after receiving a pair of Durange Slouch Boots that i wasn't happy about, the quality wasn't like it should have been even for the price of [$](on sale) and also they wasn't comfortable, you'd probably have to buy a pair of Dr. Scholl's to be able to wear them for any long period of time, i left a review for those boots also and you'll see why i sent the Durango Boots back, im sure the problem i had with them was just my pair but i didn't want to take the chanceafter receiving these Ariat boots i was very glad that i bought these boots, for only $20 more the quality is a lot better and they're very comfortable compared to the Durango Boots i sent back, the insole's almost feel like tennis shoes or that you already have a pair of Dr. Scholl's in them (they actuall feel better than Dr. Scholl's), the insole is also removeable which is very nice if you want to maybe wash it or if you have to replace the insole, the Durango Boots i 1st ordered didn't have a removeable insole, i haven't had them long enough to know rather they're long lasting but i have no doubt that they will last a long time no matter what i do in them and what i put them throughi can't find anything wrong with these boots at all especially for [$] (on sale)

I wear a 12A w/2blA heel. Your boot fits close enough that I could put them on and wear them all day w/o a problem.

The picture in the add is not the actual color. They are much darker, more like chocolate. Also, size runs wide and large.

Great and comfortable boot. Especially for a typical western wear cowboy boot that is built for absolute comfort. I had an exact same style pair for 6 years, but they were made by Twisted X. I even had them fixed once, but it was finally time to retire them and upgrade to a new boot. I was gonna get the same exact pair, but unfortunately they don’t make that style boot by Twisted X anymore so I went with the next best thing that are more of a modern day cowboy boot and probably the most popular boots on the market today, Ariat. If you’re looking for a regular old fashion style cowboy boot that is up to modern day boot technology that is built for absolute comfort, look no further.

Great boot! Leather is thick enough to be very durable but soft enough that the break in period was short and painless with no blisters! Insole is very comfortable and the outer sole (rubber) has good feel and grip to it. Absolutely recommend them with zero hesitation.

The have a snug fit, little too snug on the beguining but they stretch after a while. They are a darker than the ones shown on the picture. Not as comfortable as the Ariat Sierra Saddle Western Work Boots.

These boots provide the best footbed I ever had in my footwear, very comfortable. They fit absolutely perfect. The leather is a bit stiff when cold but quickly adapts temperature and softens. The colour was darker than I expected from the picture but this seems to be due to the finish. I have now worn the boots a couple of times and the tone becomes brighter every time. Only the lining could be a bit softer.

Like the look but that's about it. Couldn't find anything similar with a snip toe and settled for these. They're okay but I've never...never had to break in a pair before and these are taking some getting used to. Using a leather softener and hope it'll work.

I purchased these to just wear daily around the place and the "rubber" sole should last a long time. I like the soft inner sole. A good chasing around work boot for me.

My husband wears cowboy boots to work everyday and play. His "workboots" were probably about 7 years old. It is hard to replace something that he loves so much. This did the trick. No breaking in, true to size and he LOVED them.
