    It’s a really nice looking hat on the website but don’t let it fool you . Got my hat bent and completely miss shaped

    Sizing issue

    I recently purchased 3 Western Straw hats to replace my old worn old ones. I wear a size 7.5. The Bailey and Resistol hats fit perfectly. This Justin was seriously oversized. I had no choice but to return it. It's a great looking hat, wish it had fit properly!

    Nice hat but very narrow front crease.

    Quality is good and I liked the design. My major problem is that the crease in the front is extremely narrow. I tried to flatten it out the best I could and reshape it with a cattleman’s crease but the straw and wire were factory set and you can’t ever get it right. Just know that the form of the hat has a very narrow opening.

    Very good quality hat, just perfect. The fit was true to size. Shipping was super fast and packed in a hat box so it arrived in excellent shape. Thank you Sheplers for the excellent service.
