Weird fit
I was so excited to get these overalls. However, when I got them, the cut was very unflattering. They pulled in the hips but then had a huge pouch of extra fabric in the crotch and stomach area. Tightening the straps didn't fix it. In general they just looked frumpy and felt uncomfortable.
I am 5'9" and 145 lbs, I normally wear a size 8. These may look better on a different body type, so don't take this review as a definite no.

Pockets. And more pockets.
These are the best overalls I've ever owned. Not surprising given that they're Carhartt.
Pockets everywhere! And they're deep!
The material is very durable, yet soft and stretchy. The length is perfect too. I'll probably get another pair for other project wear. 10/10
My only 2 minor complaints is that I wish the straps were a bit longer to adjust for those who have longer torsos. I adjusted mine to the longest point and they fit perfectly. (I'm 5'4")
And they do run a little large, not by much, but they will fall off my waist if I don't use the straps. But when am I honestly not going to use the straps. **So keep that in mind and buy at least 1 size smaller than what you're used to.**
I'm just glad I got the XS.

Beyond Practical
These coverall bibs are so functional ! I am 5' 8" and the medium is perfect in length and width. They are not lined and yet I am able to layer jeans underneath as well as a thick fleece and/or a hoodie. I also love how the suspenders can be adjusted without being at the end of your buckle! There are openings on the knees for pads but I have not purchased those yet. I have used these this past winter feeding farm animals and doing outdoor chores. The material is durable and flexible and has never felt tight despite the layers I used. I am completely satisfied with them.

Comfortable and look cool.
For reference: I am 5'2" and 140 pounds, and I ordered a size Medium. I also have about a 10" difference between my hips and waist. So when I look for overalls I usually want some that are a little roomy in my hips which can be hard for me to find without them being too loose everywhere else. These did that perfectly! Initially I thought they might be bigger than I wanted, but after a wash and dry they shrunk (just a little bit) to the perfect size. I also like the material, it feels sturdy but it's not too heavy or stiff. I like the clasps on the straps; since they don't have the traditional button clasp, they seem like they will last a long time without breaking. As someone who has repaired 3 clasps on my other overalls this year, I like this feature alot. I bought them for work, but I often wear them casually with a cropped shirt underneath and get lots of compliments. I plan to buy another pair when I can afford to.
