I really like the vest, and they fit well by ordering a size smaller than my usual Carhartt size. I purchased the Carhartt tan, and now a granite as well. The zipper should be heavier duty, but I can live with it. My only real complaint is that the Sherpa lining is wearing off around the neck line where it rubs against my skin. I shave daily, but apparently my rough beard is wearing the Sherpa away.

Loose fit is an understatement. Mine was too large and not true to size.

5'7" 165 ordered a medium. Quality is good and stiff. Definitely warm. Longer in the back as advertised and front length is perfect. But, the "loose fit" is way too big for me. I can completely overlap the front and it is bulging under the arms

Already my favorite vest. It is warm, attractive, and fits great. I am 5 10, 185 lbs, and the medium fits well with room for a base layer and button shirt. The design is perfect. I especially like the functional pockets that are easy to slide hands in and the warm neck protection. My phone fits nicely in the inside zippered pocket.

good vest but it came way larger than I imagined, I ordered a large because that's my size, when I received it, feels like I put on a XL trash bag for size comparison. its a good vest but just beware ... its like the large is made for gorillas or something

Great vest for working outdoors heavy and durable. The tail of the vest is long and covers your butt if thats a consideration in buying it. The sherpa lining is soft agasint your neck unlike some other vests that can rub your neck raw.

I wear a brown medium (5'9"/165lbs fit male.) 4 days a week 10 hrs a day manufacturing stone tiles, printing. Works way better than an apron for me. Ordering 1of every color now. Very tough material, photos don't do these vests justice. Not a paid actor. Be safe, be happy y'all!

It's nice but I feel like it runs big, maybe because of the loose fit. I'm 6'3" 245 and still feels big

This is the first vest my husband has worn and he absolutely loves it. It is warm and comfortable to wear while he is working in his shop.

First vest! I love it. I usually wear a large, I got a small, so I'd try it on first before buying.

These are a very different fit than the last version of this vest. They are very loose fitting so size down.

It is a very comfortable vest. I definitely love the extra pockets on the inside.

My husband loves his new vest!!! The large is a perfect fit. Thanks for letting me send back the XL and ordering a L for him. He works around the farm and needed a sturdy vest for colder days.

Great fit. Very happy with the vest. It is nice to have a long vest that fits so well.

All the pockets are excellent for large iPhone, bulky wallet, & heavy keys, plus a few snacks. Rich faded espresso shade. Cuts mild chill(35 to 65 degree weather), leaving full range of arm motion for hard daily work. He wears Carhartt size large tees, & this XL.

Bought as a gift for my nephew. Runs a little large so we sized down for him. He loves it!

I feel comfortable giving this a five star rating because this is my second vest and the first one was one of my favorite articles of clothing. Very comfortable and wore like iron. I just wish they made it in green. It is a loose fit so I don't recommend upsizing. It's made to be layered.
