These boots are comfortable, warm, burly, and mostly solid. At just about six months, though, they have begun to come apart at the seams. being fair, I burned through the stitches grinding through metal, schorching them with sparks that also burned a hole in my carhartts. they MIGHT be reperable; the material itself held up. the rubber back though, has come apart, exposing the thinsulate layer. I'm still using them -still comfy- but no longer waterproof, of course.
