I had wanted a pair of dress lace high top boots for daily ware for about ten years. Having had taken with a locum tenant in Gainesville I met a therapist who was sporting exactly what I wanted. This is how I became aware of the existence of Justin Lacer boots; this occurred about 5 years ago and I purchased my first pair shortly thereafter. For the first time in my life I had perfectly fitting comfortable pair boots, I had never been able to wear traditional “cowboy” due to a very high instep. My first pair was the 8” black kiddie lacer which was followed by a brown kiddie, another pair of black kiddie and a pair of the bone white colored ones (all 8” which I prefer).
The only negative thing is that you have to polish them about 15 times before they really take a good shine, but then they hold up well.
Since my birthday is only 2 weeks away I think that there is a pair of the bull hide ones from the Boot Barn in my future.
