I exercise horses for a living and have always worn these boots. The lacing supports my ankles, keeping them from becoming fatigued. The cushioned footbed and rubber sole make them very comfortable to walk in, so I don't have to change shoes when I get off work. I wear them almost 14 hrs a day and don't think I'll ever try a different brand. My husband has purchased Ariat Lacers and he loves them, also.

Boots were recommended by a friend, and I hope they will remain available as long as I live. I have worn mine daily for 4 years, and finally need a new sole! Best-fitting, most comfortable boots I've ever worn for riding, work, and living. Looks like new when oiled and brushed--even after much abuse.
