Returns and
exchanges are sometimes inevitable. That's why we have a 100%
Guarantee! If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item you have
ordered, you may do so as long as the following conditions are met:
1. Product must not show any evidence of wear and the
original tags must be attached.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your
order.

1. Returns or Exchanges lacking an Authorization Number will not
be accepted by our returns warehouse and will be returned to the customer.

2. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and
exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. The shipping
carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. Yet,
we recommend you send back your package through a carrier such as UPS
or FedEx that allows you to track your returning
package.
3. Allow 2-4 weeks for your return or
exchange to be processed. It may be sooner. As soon as your return or exchange is
received and processed
you will receive an email
confirmation.
4. You may not return Internet purchases to one of our stores.
Currently, the only way we can accept Internet returns is for you to ship the
product directly back to our Anaheim, California warehouse.
