Rated 2 out of 5 by a farmer/rancher from Stylish and sturdy but too narrow I have bought 3 pair of Ariat paddock boots over a period of 10 years, and I wear them hard. They are heavy - maybe too - and well made but yes, they are narrow!! I have them stretched out every new pair but resent that I have to do this... and still they aren't quite wide enough for optimum comfort. Even the Heritage III which comes in a C width is a joke. I have tried other brands and they just aren't sturdy or comfortable enough to satisfy me and certainly aren't as attractive. The heel construction on these paddock boots is a great design feature. Please, Ariat designers, pay attention to the many of us who are asking for wider boots!!! A recommendation but a reluctant one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ShowJumpersRock from Comfortable boot, zippers come off track These boots are great for schooling, very comfortable to wear around the barn. I wish the zippers held up better. I had two pairs of these, and for both pairs, the zippers would split open when zipped. The teeth would then get stuck and it was difficult to get the boots on/off without functional zippers. With one pair, I had to cut the boot off my foot. :( I thought maybe I just got a defective pair, but when the same thing happened again with the replacement pair, I'll think twice before I buy another pair of these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from This is a very narrow ... This is a very narrow boot. I think Ariat is missing a big market opportunity. Get into a conversation about paddock boots and the complaint is always the same. If you're an adult woman, a comfortably wide boot is impossible to find. While I love Ariat boots, for comfort and durabilty- they're just too narrow for most of us. And I don't want to buy heavier men's boots to get the width I need.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jennifer from watch the zipper These boots fit true to size and are comfortable, but do not last because the zippers break. I had two pairs that zippers broke within six months. I switched to Grand Prix and have worn the same pair for a year with no problems (Ariat made in China, Grand Prix made in USA)Spend the extra money for a better quality boot.
