Comments about Thorlos Thorlo Men's Single Pair Western Boot Socks:

I tried to use these for horseback riding but they wouldn't stay up so I then tried just wearing them around the house and they did the same thing. They are a comfortable sock but they are not good for pull-on type boots.

Comments about Thorlos Thorlo Men's Single Pair Western Boot Socks:

A guy from the Canoga Park, CA Boot Barn recommended these to me about 8 years ago. I only used them with boots and loved them--then lost one. I was surprised to see that Boot Barn still carries these. So I bought a new pair. They're not cheap, but they do last. Sure enough, I found the missing sock a few days after the new pair arrived. I have since mixed these socks up and can't tell the new from the old. They are pretty durable.

Comments about Thorlos Thorlo Men's Single Pair Western Boot Socks:

I wear 10" ropers; these socks, while very comfortable on the foot, just do not stay up on the calf. I have to stretch them over the tops of my boots to keep them up. Too bad they didn't put as much thought into the calf portion as they did the foot.
