used on the streets as a lineman, outdoors hiking/ camping and motorcycling streets, lasted me 2+years comfortable wore the soles out and a left heel stiching problem at the end of its life.only problem did not see them in black also took a couple of days to wear off the waxy sheen on soles slippery at first, asking Santa for a second pair.

In 1959, Branson J. McRae founded McRae Industries which started off making footwear for children. He started using the process 82 construction which drew notice from the Unites States Government. McRae Footwear was approached to convert his 82 construction equipment to accommodate the new vulcanized construction that the Government had requested.
