Comments about Georgia Boot Georgia Men's Georgia Giant 6" Work Boots:
Georgia Boot #G6375; I use the boots to do environmnetal sampling. About, 1 day a week I'm in the field in dry, wet, snowy, conditions. Mostly dry terrain & small stones. I've had the boots 1 yr & 3 months. I take good care of them but I noticed the leather is now seperating from the black rubber lining. This is pretty bad when your dealing with a Georgia Boot who has a good reputation. I would not recommend any of the boots that have the leather attached to rubber lining. The boot also scuffs and shows the marks but can be wiped off with a little rubbing. The shoelaces string up well without coming loose! Steel toe works great but feet get cold very quickly if the weather is even slightly cold (less tahn 45 F). I'll be looking for another brand within 3 months. I tried every work boot at The Boot Barn, looking for durability, comfort, toe protective & laces that dont come loose. This Georgia boot and a Catapillar were my only choice. I'll be trying the CAT next time!!
