I decided to buy these boots despite some of the reviews saying that the boots they recieved were different from those in the picture... Mine were exactly like the ones in the picture.They are so comfortable, i can wear them all day without my feet aching, they are also great in all weather, in summer they dont feel too hot and in winter, they keep my feet warm.I recieved excelent customer service from bootbarn, and would buy from them over and over again.I would also definitley buy this brand of boot again, they're fantastic!

The boot I received are very different from the picture. I have to agree with the lady from Boston.They are shorter, more slouched and lighter in colour. If you are looking for a comfortable boot you can wear straight away, then these are the boots you are looking for. As for the look, I am disappointed.

I live in Calgary where we have the Stampede every summer. Finally this year, I got myself some 'cowboy boots'. These are terrific! I wore them for hours the first day I got them, shlepping around on the Stampede grounds. Super comfortable, no rubbing anywhere, no blisters, etc. When I bought them, I tried them on with bare feet (wearing sandals) and I figured if the boots felt THAT good without socks.....

I loved the boot in the picture (and still do) but when mine arrived, I am quite dissappointed because it was very different than the one in the picture. It is more like the "slouch" types. If you like this one check the picture of #17309 because it has lot of "wrinkles" like that one and shorter than it looks in the picture. I didn't like the looks but I must say it is very comfortable.

These are by far the best boots I've ever owned! Sure, it says "easily shows marks"...but boots have character...and those marks are not "THAT" noticeable! I wouldn't trade mine even for a new pair... I'll just keep buying this brand and style!

I have had a pair of these for three years and worn them almost every day. They are comfort and style rolled into one. The only thing wrong with my pair is I now have to replace my toe straps.

I have bunions -- I know this is not normally a way to begin a raving review, but it will give you an idea how terrific these boots are. My feet are TERRIBLE and I can wear these boots all day with no discomfort at all. I highly recommend them -- there's absolutely no breaking in time -- just receive and wear!
