Recognizing that women's feet are not the same as men's Chippewa was the first outdoor boot manufacturer to offer women's boots made on a form that replicated women's feet more accurately. These 8" black oiled loggers are made with waterproof leather and they feature the Chip-A-Tex® waterproof membrane system. This breathable system locks water out of the boot with its membrand shield but air passes through from the foot for maximum comfort. Thinsulate™ Ultra is lightweight, breathable, and moisture-resistant. Slightly thicker than regular Thinsulate™, Thinsulate™ Ultra provides greater warmth and comfort, yet is still thin enough to allow complete freedom of movement.
