Boulet, Inc." in Quebec, Canada which eventually became Boulet Boots. The small town, with a population of roughly four thousand, was known their quality of labor and was known as "The Leather Town" because of it's production of quality leather good and shoes. With that move came the next step in the progression of this storied company. Boulet Boots became the first company in Canada to produce cowboy boots. They continue to specialize in 100% Goodyear Welt construction.
