What is the B REWARDED Program?

B REWARDED is the Boot Barn® Rewards program where you can earn one point for every dollar you spend at any Boot Barn® retail store location or shopping online at bootbarn.com. Spend $50 or more on any single purchase and you'll earn additional BONUS Points. Once you have earned 250 Points, you'll receive a $15 credit to use on a future purchase. The best part is, you started earning points right away - you'll get 50 BONUS points just for joining the program and another 50 BONUS points if you provide your email address!

How much does it cost to join?

Why do you need my email address?

Email is the easiest and fastest way to keep up-to-date on the B REWARDED program. By providing your email address, you’ll earn a one-time bonus of 50 points and receive periodic notices when you’ve earned points and rewards, we’ll even alert you when they’re about to expire. You’ll also receive occasional notices of special offers and promotions.

Boot Barn respects your privacy and we do not share or sell your personal information.

How do I earn Points?

You'll earn one point for each dollar you spend at a Boot Barn retail store location or on bootbarn.com. For purchases of $50 or more, you'll earn additional BONUS Points:

  • Purchases between $50 and $99.99 earn 10% BONUS Points  
  • Purchases over $100 earn 25% BONUS Points  
  • Gold Members earn even higher BONUS Points


Can I earn Points on purchases I make on Bootbarn.com?

Yes! Just enter your B REWARDED number at checkout. You can also link your B REWARDED number to your existing Bootbarn.com account, so every time you make a purchase your B REWARDED number is automatically entered. It's that easy.

What is a Gold Member?

If you earn 500 points or more within a 12 month period, you'll automatically become a Gold member. Gold members earn an additional 10% bonus points with each purchase. Gold Membership status lasts as long you earn 500 point or more each year.

Do my Points expire?

Yes. Points are only valid for 12 months from the date earned.

How can I look up my Points balance?

You can look up your point balance and credits by visiting the Check My Balance page and entering your B REWARDED number or email address AND your zip code. You can also find out your balance by calling Customer Service - 1-888-440-2668 or by visiting any retail store location.

What is a Rewards Credit?

A Rewards Credit is a $15 credit that you can apply towards any purchase at one our over 150 Boot Barn® retail store locations nationwide.

How do I earn Rewards Credits?

Once you have earned 250 Points, the B REWARDED program verifies the points and will create a $15 Rewards Credit, available on Wednesdays, for you to use on future purchases.

How will I know I have a Credit?

  • Members will receive an email alerting Members to a valid Rewards Credit available for Members to use on a purchase
  • Members can stop by a store location and inquire
  • Members can call a store location and inquire
  • Members can also look up members credit online.

Are there any limits to how many Credits I can earn?

Yes. Rewards credits have a weekly maximum of $120. Any points not converted into Rewards Credits will remain in your account and, if over 250 points, will be converted to additional Rewards Credits the following week. Rewards Credits become available for use each Wednesday.

Do I have to use all of my Rewards Credit on a single purchase?

For in-store purchases, you can select the amount of valid Rewards Credits you want to use on a purchase. For example, if you have $60 in credits but want to use only $25 on a purchase you can do that and still have the remaining $35 credit available on a future purchase prior to expiration.

For online purchases, at this time you must use your entire rewards credits in one transaction.

When will I be able to use my Rewards Credit?

Member accounts are updated every Tuesday night for all transactions made the previous 7 days and are available to use as of Wednesday of each week. For online orders, points will be posted to your account once the complete order has been shipped (usually 24-48 hours.)

How long is my Rewards Credit valid?

Rewards Credits are valid for 60 days from the date the credit was issued.

How will I know if my Rewards Credit has expired?

If you have provided us with your email address, you'll receive an email reminder about 19 days prior to your Rewards Credit expiring.

My Rewards Credit has expired. Can I still use it?

No. Once a Rewards Credit is older than 60 days from the date it was issued, the credit expires and is removed from your account.

What can I buy with my Rewards Credit?

You may use Rewards Credit to pay for anything you want to purchase within a store location, including sale merchandise, special orders, and layaways; with an exception of gift cards.

Can I use the Rewards Credit to make purchases on Bootbarn.com?

You may use your credits online by calling customer service at 1-888-440-2668 and placing your order over the phone.

What happens to a Rewards Credit if I return product I earned it on?

Your Rewards Credit will be re-applied to your account within 48 hours of us processing the return.

Can I earn Points for purchasing a Gift Card?

No. Gift card purchases do not earn rewards points; however, the person who uses the Gift Card on a purchase will receive points for their purchase.

I purchased a Gift Card and my Points balance on my purchase receipt shows a negative number. Why?

When you purchase a Gift Card the transaction will initially show up as a negative points number on your receipt. This is because Gift Cards do not earn points., The negative balance is temporary. Once a week our system scans for Gift Card purchases and removes the negative balance.

My Points balance is incorrect. Who do I contact?

You can contact Customer Service at custserv@bootbarn.com or call 1-888-440-2668 for assistance. If you are in or near a retail store location, any store manager can look up your rewards history and assist you in correcting the balance.

How long does it take to get my Points Balance corrected?

Points and Rewards Credit inquiries as well as adjustments can take up to 10 business days to verify.

How can I add my existing rewards number to my bootbarn.com account?

To link your rewards program to your account, login to your account, click on the rewards program link and enter your rewards number and click save. You can also save your rewards number during the check-out process. On the billing page, enter your rewards number and click the check box to save this number to your account.
