i have the waterproof version of this boot, and i ***LOVE*** it! i would buy this boot again if they offered the wide sizing. normally i wear an 8M regular (medium) width, but the sole last is pretty narrow so i ended up with an 8.5C (wide) width. that fit PERFECTLY! after riding about 4 times these boots broke in just as i expected! i was a little hesitant about the zipper (i've had bad luck in the past with it staying up on other models) but the Devon Pro wasn't a problem. in 30 years of riding horses, these are far & away my favorite Ariat boots. If you're a serious rider, i highly recommend these boots. if you get the non-waterproof version, i would treat the leather so your feet stay dry in the barn. otherwise, even in 90+ degree heat my feet are not hot (the rest of me is...) and my feet are supported and never hurt after a ride. wish i could say the same for the rest of my my body.
